ACUBE 100 alloy is a non-magnetic, cobalt-base alloy exhibiting high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and outstanding wear resistance. ACUBE 100 is beryllium free and can be considered as a replacement for copper-beryllium alloys, eliminating the health and safety issues associated with beryllium-containing alloys as beryllium dust has been tied to a variety of health hazards. Can be considered for applications that required superior resistance to galling and wear.
A premium-melted alloy, finished mill ACUBE 100 can be supplied in the annealed, hot worked, or work strengthened (warm worked) condition.
